How OfficeCalculator.Net handles calculator inputs, browsing information and messages you choose to send us.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to OfficeCalculator.Net and its pages and tools, including the dedicated Kids Section. It does not control the privacy practices of websites that we link to. If you follow a link to another website or service, that provider's privacy policy applies there.
OfficeCalculator.Net does not currently require a user account to use its public calculators or Kids Section.
2. Calculator and tool data
Most OfficeCalculator.Net tools perform calculations in the browser. Unless a tool clearly says otherwise, the numbers or text you enter are used to produce the result on your device and are not intentionally included in our first-party analytics requests.
Some browser features may save preferences locally on your device, for example theme choices, favorites or tool settings. Clearing browser site data can remove these local preferences.
3. First-party traffic analytics and live traffic
We operate a lightweight first-party analytics system to understand site traffic, keep tools working well and identify which pages are useful. It is hosted with OfficeCalculator.Net rather than being an advertising profile.

Our private dashboard treats a visitor as “live” for approximately five minutes after the latest activity. Active-visitor records are automatically cleaned after approximately 24 hours. Daily first-party analytics and daily backups are retained for up to 90 days, after which the system deletes older records as part of routine maintenance.
Our first-party analytics system does not intentionally store raw IP addresses in its traffic database. Our web host and security infrastructure may still process IP addresses in ordinary server, security or abuse-prevention logs.
4. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies
OfficeCalculator.Net and services used on eligible pages may use cookies, local storage and similar browser technologies. These can support site preferences, anonymous traffic measurement, security, fraud prevention, advertising measurement and—where permitted—ad personalization.
You can remove or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Doing so may reset preferences or affect some site features.
5. Analytics on general-audience pages
Yandex Metrica
On general-audience pages, we use Yandex Metrica for page usage, navigation, click maps, scrolling, performance and Webvisor session replay. Input fields are marked to prevent their contents being recorded, and some results and user-generated areas are hidden from replay. This does not mean that all page activity is untracked. Yandex processes analytics information under its own privacy policy.
Yandex Metrica is not loaded on the Kids Section or Contact Us page. Microsoft Clarity has been removed from the site.
6. Advertising
We use manually placed Google AdSense display ads on eligible calculator, category, guide and extension information pages. The homepage, Kids Section, pages specifically for children, Contact Us, About Us, privacy/terms pages, search, sitemap and error pages do not load these ads.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to serve and measure ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve personalized ads where permitted. Other advertising vendors and networks participating in Google’s advertising services may also place or read cookies and use similar technologies.
You can manage personalized Google advertising through My Ad Center, review how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and find participating vendors’ opt-out options at YourAdChoices. Browser cookie settings provide additional control.
Where a regional advertising consent message is shown, use its choices to accept, reject or manage available advertising purposes and partners. Advertising availability and personalization depend on your choices, browser settings, location and the advertising provider’s rules.
The Kids Section and pages specifically for children do not load advertising. Their first-party traffic identifiers are not used for behavioral advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking.
7. Kids & children's privacy
How the Kids Section is designed
The OfficeCalculator.Net Kids Section is intentionally designed for children, students, parents and teachers. It does not require an account, and the current Kids tools do not ask a child to submit a name, email address, phone number, home address, photo, voice recording or precise location.
Sound effects are generated in the browser. “Read Number” uses your device or browser’s text-to-speech feature. OfficeCalculator.Net does not record a child’s voice or receive an audio recording. Speech processing may depend on the browser, device and selected voice provider.
Limited first-party measurement
Kids pages use the same limited first-party traffic system described above for internal operations: a pseudonymous visitor/session identifier, page path, general referrer/source, device class, browser time zone/locale, a best-effort country label and last-seen time. Identifiers are hashed on the server and this information is not used to build advertising profiles.
Persistent identifiers may count as personal information under children’s privacy laws. Kids traffic measurement is limited to internal site operations and audience counts. It is not used for behavioral advertising, cross-site tracking or individual advertising profiles.
Parents and guardians
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to OfficeCalculator.Net through another part of the site, contact us at quickweblinker@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate deletion or other action where required.
8. Information you choose to send us
The Contact Us page prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit a message to a website delivery service or save the draft in browser storage. “Open email app” passes the draft to your configured email app; you review it and press Send there. “Copy message” copies the draft to your clipboard only when you choose that option. If automatic copying is unavailable, a selectable text box is shown.
When you send an email, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you include. We use these to respond, investigate a problem or handle a privacy request. Your email provider processes the message under its own policies. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Parents or guardians should send requests about children.
9. Server logs, security and fraud prevention
Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may create technical logs containing information such as IP address, browser/user-agent information, requested pages, date/time, errors and security events. These logs help deliver the site, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and protect the service.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the site, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Data retention
- First-party daily analytics and backups: up to 90 days.
- First-party active visitor records: cleaned after approximately 24 hours; the live dashboard itself uses an approximately five-minute activity window.
- Browser-side preferences/identifiers: may remain until you clear site data or the relevant feature resets them.
- Contact messages and server/security logs: kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, security, legal obligations or dispute handling.
- Third-party data: retained according to the applicable provider's policies and settings.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
Privacy rights vary by location. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information.
Our first-party traffic information is used for internal measurement rather than behavioral advertising. You can clear or block browser site data, manage provider privacy settings, or contact us about information associated with you.
California residents may have rights under California privacy law, including rights to know/access, delete, correct and opt out of certain sale/sharing activities, subject to applicable exceptions. Residents of the EEA, UK and other regions may have additional rights under their local data-protection laws.
Send privacy requests to quickweblinker@gmail.com or choose “Privacy request” on our Contact Us page. Describe the relevant page or feature. We may ask for enough information to verify and locate a request, but please do not send passwords or identity documents in an initial email.
12. International processing
OfficeCalculator.Net is available internationally. Our hosting and third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Applicable providers are responsible for their own transfer mechanisms and privacy commitments.
13. Third-party services and links
Relevant provider resources include Google Privacy Policy, Google advertising technologies, Yandex Privacy Policy. Google advertising resources apply to ads on eligible pages.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the site, technology, legal requirements or service providers change. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes affecting the Kids Section will also be reflected in that section.
